Import duties, taxes and charges (when applied) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

In most cases they don’t apply because the total cost of the order will be small. It’s up to you to find out if you have to pay it or not. Unless you have a large order you should be ok but please double check with your local customs.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item you buy on Manhwa Manga Merch. Unused, unwashed or faulty goods can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days upon recieving your item purchase according to the Hamon law (law n° 2014-344 of 17 March 2014 relating to consumption.)

Shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable. Gift cards, electronic gift certificates, body jewellery and clearance merchandise cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If non-refundable goods are returned to us, please note that we will need to charge your original method of payment to return your items to you. Before applying for a return or and exhange, please do contact the customer support service or email us directly to ensure that your return is admissible.

Do note that the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance for your own protection. This will give you recourse in case your package is lost in transit. Manhwa Manga Merch is not responsible for returns or exchanges lost during shipping.
